A Journey of Learning, Leadership, and Care
Dr. John's academic journey began at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology before continuing on to complete a Master of Health Administration from the OU College of Public Health.
He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Following graduation, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston — an intensive program focused on advanced training across a wide range of dental procedures and patient care experiences.
Dr. John has advanced training and clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, clear aligner therapy, root canal treatment, surgical procedures, and facial esthetic treatments, including TMJ Botox. He is passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their care experience.

Known for his approachable and friendly demeanor, Dr. John believes that a positive dental experience starts with making patients feel at ease. He takes time to guide patients through their treatment options, answer questions clearly, and create personalized treatment plans centered around each patient’s goals and needs.
His goal is simple: to build lasting relationships with every patient and make each visit something they actually look forward to.
Beyond the Dental Chair
Outside of the office, Dr. John enjoys staying connected to the Austin community and spending time pursuing his hobbies and interests.
